How does the 7-day trial work?
Click, get instant access to every Pack Pro feature for 7 days, no credit card required. At the end, you choose: continue with Pack Pro or go back to the free tier. No auto-charge, no surprise.
Why do I have to wait 7 days after signup to start my trial?
We prefer that you build your daily ritual on the free tier first before unlocking Pack Pro. It's also a simple anti-abuse rule. If your account is older than a week, the option appears automatically.
What's the difference between 1 month, 3 months and 6 months?
The content is identical: the full Pack Pro is included in all three durations. The longer you commit, the more you save: 10% off on 3 months, 23% off on 6 months (€9.99/month equivalent).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe portal in one click. Pack Pro access stays active until the end of the already-paid period. No penalty, no hidden commitment.
What happens at the end of my trial?
If you do nothing, you automatically return to the free tier. No charge. You can switch to Pack Pro anytime from your dashboard or the pricing page.
What happens if a payment fails?
The status moves to past_due. You keep Pack Pro access during Stripe's retry window (3 attempts over 14 days), then it's removed if the payment isn't fixed.
Does Pack Pro add anything to contests?
Yes. Contests stay free for everyone; Pack Pro adds the AI Coach pre-brief and contest debrief. No add-on, everything in Pack Pro.
What if I just want to try the AI Coach for free?
The free tier gives you 1 micro-insight per day and a truncated monthly review — enough to form a real opinion. For the detailed daily briefing and guided analyses, you'll need Pack Pro or activate your trial.
