TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PURPOSE

 
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all transactions offered on the CoinTradeUp website, including the purchase of "Expert" packs and "Booster" packs.



2. DEFINITIONS


  • Customer: Any individual or entity making a purchase of a product or service on the CoinTradeUp website.
  • "expert" pack: A paid offer that provides access to advanced trading order functionalities (specific types of orders, additional trading tools, etc.).
  • "booster" pack: A paid offer that provides different kind of boosters. The "points multiplier" booster doubles the points earned for a challenge (only one can be used during a month).  The "late registration" booster allows participants to join a challenge after the registration deadline has passed, up to 24 hours before the end of the challenge. 
  • Challenge: Trading contests organized by CoinTradeUp, where participants compete virtually to win points based on their trading performance and skills.



3. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO SERVICES

 
Access to CoinTradeUp services, including the purchase of packs and competition entry, is available to users who have created an account on the platform.



4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

 
CoinTradeUp offers the following services:

  • "Expert" packs: These packs allow users to access advanced order types and additional features to enhance their trading simulation experience.
  • "Booster" packs:  These packs allow the use of 'boosters', which either double the points earned during a challenge or allow participants to join a challenge after the registration deadline has passed. 
  • Trading Challenges: Users can participate in free competitions.



5. PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS


  • "Expert" pack prices: The prices for the packs are clearly indicated on the website and may vary depending on the selected pack.
  • "Booster" pack prices: The prices for the packs are clearly indicated on the website and may vary depending on the selected pack.
  • Payment: Payments are made via credit card or any other secure payment method offered by the platform.
  • Billing: A receipt is available on demand at support@cointradeup.com for each purchase made on the platform, sent by email.



6. TERMS OF USE FOR BOOSTERS


  • Boosters purchased on CoinTradeUp can only be used for challenges on the site.
  • Boosters are neither exchangeable nor refundable and cannot be transferred to another user.
  • If a competition is canceled due to technical or other reasons, the boosters used will be credited back to the user's account.



7. CONTESTS PARTICIPATION TERMS


  • Entry into competitions is free and without commitment.
  • Each challenge has its own rules and participation criteria, which are detailed on the challenge's dedicated page.
  • Prizes are awarded based on users' performance in accordance with the rules set for each competition.



8. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

 
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the purchase of a "Tactical Order" pack, unless the use of the pack has begun before this period expires.
 The right of withdrawal does not apply to booster purchases, as booster are immediately consumable.



9. LIABILITY

 
CoinTradeUp cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred during virtual trading competitions or through the use of "Tactical Order" packs. All trading results are simulated and do not affect users' real finances.



10. MODIFICATION OF T&Cs

 
CoinTradeUp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective upon being posted on the website.



11. DATA PRIVACY

 
CoinTradeUp is committed to respecting the privacy of users' personal data in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).



12. GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION

 
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of CoinTradeUp's registered office.
