Yes, of course! All you need to do is sign up on the website, and you will have access to a virtual portfolio that allows you to use the simulator as you wish. CoinTradeUp enables you to simulate crypto trading for free. You can then buy and sell all the cryptocurrencies available on our platform. If needed, you can also reset your virtual portfolio.
Absolutely! Participation in trading contests is not mandatory. It is an additional feature of the platform that allows you to compete with members, discover cryptocurrencies, and have fun trading without risk.
Yes! The cryptocurrency prices available on the platform are in real-time and expressed in euros.
Just by using and trading with your virtual portfolio, you can earn points! The best performance of the week is rewarded, as well as the best trade! You can earn points that accumulate throughout the month and allow you to win cash prizes!
First, you need to create an account! Then, go to the contests page where you can see the different virtual trading contests available. Just click the registration button to participate. It's free, there's no commitment, and it allows you to earn points that might win you a cash prize at the end of the month!
Yes! But not directly by trading virtually! This is a simulator, meaning the transactions you make are virtual. However, by participating in various trading contests, you can earn points, and at the end of the month, those with the most points can win cash prizes as part of the monthly contest.
Yes! All standard operations and even more are available. You can buy and sell. You can also attempt short sales, all for free, whether through your virtual portfolio or during trading contests. To perform more complex operations and place tactical orders, you need to subscribe to the expert pack.
Today, 250 cryptos are accessible on our simulator! We regularly add more. These are cryptocurrencies tradable on the COINBASE platform. Major ones like Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Dogecoin, or Tezos are available. But you will find much more than that. For each crypto, you will have information on performance, history, description, and the categories to which the crypto belongs (DeFi, Gaming, Stablecoins, ...)
Not yet, but we're working on it! This is a recurring request, and we are working on setting up small, simple, and understandable trading training modules. For now, you have free access to various articles we write about the world of cryptocurrencies.
Tools to go further in trading and simulation! With the expert pack, you will have access to other features besides standard buy/sell orders at market price. For example, you can use stop orders or trigger thresholds. You will also be able to create up to 99 mock portfolios or set up trading bots that will place orders for you. We are gradually enriching our offer.
There is no difference! All these words mean the same thing, the buy and sell transactions will be simulated. Generally, cryptocurrency exchange platforms like Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken will talk about demo accounts because they also offer real accounts! Paper trading, for example, is the old name given to simulators... back when paper was used for trading! We wrote an article about it!
